We are currently recruiting a concierge to join our brand new Service in Northampton.
About the Service
Ray House provides accommodation, support and advice to adults experiencing homelessness with a history of rough sleeping. The service helps individuals build stability, improve wellbeing and move towards independent living through accommodation-based support and access to specialist services.
The impact you will have
You will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for residents, visitors and staff. As the first point of contact within the service, you will help ensure individuals feel supported, respected and able to access the right assistance when needed.
Through effective front-of-house support, strong professional relationships and a proactive approach to health and safety, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Your work will help maintain a secure and supportive environment, promote resident wellbeing, and ensure the service operates to a high standard.
Contract Details
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,418 - £28,541 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience. Please note the salary shown is the full time equivalent.
Hours: Part time 10 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday.
Typical shifts may include: 15.00 - 20.00pm, Shift times are currently being finalised and will be confirmed at interview.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing service, with rota patterns designed to support consistency for both staff and residents.
